They conduct needs analysis, discussions and product demonstrations to clients in order to fully affirm their key requirements before commencement of their automation.
This division is responsible for the installation, design and creation of the client’s automation structures and reports to accommodate both their current and anticipated institutional growth requirements. All implementation is carried out at the client’s site by our team of professionals who ensure that the client fully utilizes the system.
Thus far this team has successfully handled 611 sites.
This division is responsible for the transfer of skills and knowledge to end-users to ensure effective and efficient usage of our products. By the end of the sessions, the trainees are then confident to handle the day-to-day workings of the software.
This division is responsible for customer care on our range of products. This is conducted by way of telephone, fax, e-mail and onsite support. Our support team ensures that all non-critical matters reported through our support desk are addressed within two working days, whilst all critical matters are resolved within one working day.
This is a benefit provided to all our clients on the anniversary of their product purchase. Our consultants visit and review the client’s usage of the current solution and provide practical guidance on how to maximize the software investment made by the institution, along with highlight technology changes since their purchase.
